What is Oculoplasty?

Oculoplasty procedures encompass many different surgeries. These procedures can be cosmetic, corrective, or reconstructive. Oculoplastics relates to the tissues and structures surrounding the eye, rather than the eye itself. Examples of conditions that can be addressed by oculoplasty include:
